A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Professional 

• Inside Sales Professionals assist new and existing customers commit to protecting their home investments. Inbound calls come from new and existing customers, and outbound calls go to existing customers, so there is no need to "cold call"! You will answer customer questions and close the sale, including using product knowledge, receiving payment information, and scheduling the technician to service their home. Your team will meet daily to support each other in achieving individual sales goals by sharing strategies and procedures to improve your sales. 

What You Need 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Successful track record in inside sales 

• Value relationships and ethics in selling 

• Confidence in speaking over the phone with customers 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Proficiency with computers 

• Spanish fluency is a plus
