Position Overview

As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will lead our organization at the most important level—the client level. This role is designed for a Level 5 Leader: someone who combines humility with fierce professional will, understands our mission, and inspires others to achieve greatness.

Your daily responsibilities will focus on driving growth and profitability by achieving key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and other strategic areas. You will be the primary point of contact for your region, building and developing a team that embodies Fox’s core values while positioning Fox as the leader in pest management solutions.

Each branch is supported by a dedicated team handling route planning, customer service, billing, and collections, so you can focus on leadership and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with humility and purpose, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop confident leaders within your branch.
• Drive branch performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and team members.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure operational excellence.

What is needed to be successful?

• 5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
• Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's License with an excellent driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
