• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Collaborate across departments to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business intelligence to stakeholders.
• Maintain BI tools and reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Create reusable templates and documentation to streamline reporting.
• Test and validate BI outputs to meet business standards.
• Communicate updates and enhancements to stakeholders.
• Support the BI team with additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI required; experience with writing basic SQL queries and building or maintaining Power BI reports/dashboards is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) required.
• Prior experience in a support or data-driven role preferred; customer service experience for occasional communication with requesters is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional BI tools, data visualization software, or programming languages (e.g., Python, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Proactively tackles challenges, explores new methods, and suggests solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• Strong customer service orientation, ensuring internal and external stakeholders receive timely and relevant data insights.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and apply insights to support business objectives.
